Equality and Diversity

This course provides an understanding of the Equality Act including the 9 protected characteristics of the equality act, types of discrimination and  unconscious bias.

The course provides learners with knowledge of British values; democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance for those with different faiths and beliefs. It covers the principles of the Government’s counter-terrorism strategy.
