About Us

Rebecca and Melanie have worked together for over 10 years as leaders in Education and as trainers and consultants. In their roles as leaders, they often needed to draw on all their training and experience. The training they had done was at times inspirational and had resulted in changes to their practices and beliefs. Rebecca and Melanie knew they wanted to support others who may be in, or find themselves in, similar situations through providing engaging training opportunities and consultation. It was with the philosophy of supporting others in mind that they joined Mark and established their training division – Thompson Team. 

Thompson Team offer training and consultancy to organisations including schools on several topics but specialise in:

• Safeguarding
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Equality and Diversity
• Leadership and Management

We also offer sessions to parents and students on mental health and wellbeing.
